Return & Exchange Policy


Unboxing Video Required

• Please record an unboxing video from the moment you receive the parcel. This is MANDATORY for any return, exchange, or refund request to be accepted.

• Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.



Returns

• Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products.

• To initiate a return:

• Visit our Contact Page, or

• Email us at mailatrtorm@gmail.com with the subject: “RETURN”

• The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

• The unboxing video must clearly show the issue for the claim to be valid.



Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted for damaged products or size issues.

• Customers are required to arrange and ship the item back to our return address at their own cost.

• To request an exchange:

• Visit our Contact Page, or

• Email us at mailatrtorm@gmail.com with the subject: “EXCHANGE”



Refunds

• Refunds are only applicable for approved returns of damaged or incorrect products.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method via Razorpay.

• As per Razorpay’s refund policy, it may take 5–7 business days, and in some cases up to 10 business days, for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.



Note:

All returned or exchanged items must be in unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact. RTORM reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if the product fails quality checks or if the required unboxing video is not provided.
